About the Role

Join our dynamic tech team to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver innovative solutions in an international environment.

Engineering Team (15 members)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable web applications using modern frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions
Optimize application performance and ensure high quality standards
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

Strong proficiency in PHP with Laravel or Symfony framework
Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue.js)
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
3+ years of professional development experience

Nice to have:

Experience with Docker and containerization
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience working in distributed/remote teams
Contributions to open-source projects
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
