About the Role

Lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth across multiple markets. Manage a team of sales professionals, develop new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with key clients.

Sales & BD Team (8 members)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Report on sales performance and forecasts to executive leadership

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

Proven track record as a Sales Director or in a senior sales leadership role
Deep expertise in B2B sales strategies and enterprise sales cycles
Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Fluency in English and French required
7+ years of experience in sales with at least 3 years in leadership

Nice to have:

Experience in SaaS or technology sales
International sales experience across multiple regions
MBA or relevant business degree
Existing network of enterprise clients
Experience with sales automation and AI tools
