About the Role

Expand our presence in the APAC region by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our growth strategy in Asia-Pacific markets.

APAC Business Development (5 members)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the APAC region
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
Conduct market research to understand regional trends and opportunities
Develop and execute business development strategies for target markets
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads
Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the region
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
Track and report on business development activities and pipeline

Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

Proven business development or sales experience in the APAC region
Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and cultural nuances
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience with CRM systems and sales tools
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Willingness to travel within the APAC region (up to 30%)
3+ years of relevant experience in business development or sales

Nice to have:

Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or other Asian languages
Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sector
Existing network of contacts in APAC markets
Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
